2024年3月23日下午2点，应湖北咸宁舒洁泰公司邀请，湖南富达日化百项国家专利发明人王先军等一行三人组成日化技术服务小组，驱车前往其日化工厂实地安装调试日化生产线并技术指导，旨在帮助其生产差异化洗衣液、油污净、白鞋净等日化产品。

今天下午的天空蔚蓝，阳光普照，我们驱车穿梭在宽阔的高速路上，越过平原，越过山峰，跨越江河，司机全神贯注紧握方向盘，炯炯有神凝视远方，下午4.50分，顺利抵达湖北舒洁泰生物科技有限公司工厂所在地。

我们一行三人走下汽车，首先映入我们眼帘的“用舒洁泰、物美人帅”八个大字格外醒目，舒洁泰老板卢总热情迎接我们的到来，跟随卢总我们进入工厂，富达日化工程师们顾不上休息，首先环视了解舒洁泰整个工厂厂区布局，同时了解各生产线前期安装情况，在确认各项准备工作良好后，发明人王先军在舒洁泰卢总陪同下，开始有条不紊的亲自指导舒洁泰相关生产人员掌握日化设备使用和日化产品配料及科学生产、品质检验等方面常识。

下午5.30左右，在发明人王先军指导下，舒洁泰日化相关产品生产正式启动。本次生产过程采用的是3500升自动生产线；

生产第一步：指导用户熟练掌握设备使用和维护方法；

生产第二步，帮助用户了解本次产品技术配方和生产工艺；

生产第三步，指导用户采用全自动化水计量设备按比例加入纯净水；生产第四步，指导用户采用原料自动加料自动计量设备将高浓度的AES、磺酸、AEO-9等原料按比例加料；让用户克服了传统人工加料效率不高，对人体皮肤侵蚀大的缺陷，整个加料过程在短时间内顺利加料完成，完成整个加料过程后，生产工人们未感觉丝毫疲惫，原需多人加料完成的工作仅1-2人就可轻松实现。生产第五步，指导用户对产品进行相关质量检测、同时和同类名优产品进行了全方位质量比较，在产品测试合格后，舒洁泰老板和员工脸上露出了开心的笑容。富达日化工程师们又开始指导用户掌握自动化灌装、自动拧盖、自动喷码、自动贴标等生产过程，直至工人们熟练掌握日化产品全方位生产过程。

此次3000公斤的整个日化产品生产过程在1小时左右圆满结束。

此次湖北舒洁泰日化之旅，在短暂的几小时内顺利结束，在饱尝了舒洁泰老板招待的丰盛晚餐后，我们连夜返回位于长沙的湖南富达日化。

回到长沙，已是夜阑人静，此行最大的收获，是在较短的时间内帮助用户生产了满意产品，也是在用户售后工作中我们真切感受到了什么是优质服务，什么是中国速度，什么是差异化品质，什么是快乐共赢。

Three of us got off the car, the first of our eyes "with Shujietai, Wumart handsome" eight characters are particularly eye-catching, Shujietai boss Lu warmly greeted our arrival, follow Lu into the factory, Fuda daily chemical engineers do not rest, first look around to understand the layout of the entire factory of Shujietai, while understanding the early installation of each production line, After confirming that the preparation work was good, the inventor Wang Xianjun, accompanied by General Shujietai Lu, began to methodically guide the relevant production personnel of Shujietai to master the use of daily chemical equipment and ingredients of daily chemical products, as well as scientific production and quality inspection.

At around 5.30 PM, under the guidance of inventor Wang Xianjun, the production of related products of Shujietai Daily Chemical was officially launched. This production process uses 3500 liters automatic production line;

The second step of production, to help users understand the product technical formula and production process;

The third step of production, guide users to use fully automated water metering equipment to add pure water in proportion; In the fourth step of production, the user is instructed to use automatic raw material feeding automatic metering equipment to feed high-concentration AES, sulfonic acid, AEO-9 and other raw materials in proportion; Let the user overcome the traditional artificial feeding efficiency is not high, the human skin erosion of the defects, the whole feeding process in a short time to complete the smooth feeding, after the completion of the whole feeding process, the production workers do not feel the least tired, the original need for many people to complete the work only 1-2 people can easily achieve. The fifth step of production, guide users to carry out relevant quality testing of products, and at the same time carry out a comprehensive quality comparison with similar famous products, after the product test passed, the boss and employees of Shujietai showed a happy smile. Fidelity daily chemical engineers began to guide users to master automatic filling, automatic screw cap, automatic inkjet, automatic labeling and other production processes, until the workers mastered the full range of daily chemical product production process.

The entire production process of 3,000 kilograms of daily chemical products was successfully completed in about one hour.

The Hubei Shujietai Daily chemical tour ended successfully in a few hours, after enjoying a sumptuous dinner hosted by the boss of Shujietai, we returned to Hunan Fuda Daily Chemical in Changsha overnight.

Back to Changsha, it is still at night, the biggest harvest of this trip, is to help users produce satisfactory products in a short time, but also in the user's after-sales work we really feel what is quality service, what is China's speed, what is differentiated quality, what is happy and win-win.
